How It All Started…
My name is Jay, and I’m a healthcare professional who’s passionate about living a healthy, active lifestyle.
I love to run, bike, and explore new ways to challenge myself physically.
That’s why I’ve decided to start a blog where I can share my experiences and help others on their health and fitness journey.
One of my big goals right now is to train for a half marathon. Running has always been a big part of my life, but I’m ready to take it to the next level.
I’m excited to see my capabilities and how far I can push myself.
In addition to running, I love to incorporate other types of exercise into my routine. I’ve recently fallen in love with calisthenics, which is a type of strength training that uses your body weight as resistance. It’s challenging, but it’s also a lot of fun!
Basketball is another passion of mine, and I’m a huge fan of the Knicks NY team. Watching them play is one of my favorite ways to unwind and relax.
Outside of my hobbies and interests, my family is the most important thing in my life. I have two amazing kids and a wonderful wife who keeps me grounded and reminds me of what’s truly important.
As a healthcare professional, I’m committed to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. I believe that everyone deserves to live their best life, including taking care of their physical and mental well-being.
